 Delivery

  • Cabinets will ship best way either by U.P.S., Common Carrier or Mayflower.
  • If a specific carrier is desired, please note on order.
  • Ancom’s liability terminates upon delivery of the goods to the carrier.
  • All products are shipped at the customer’s expense.
  • Some cabinets are shipped unassembled.

Damage
Please inspect complete shipment for damages immediately upon receipt. Compare number of pieces received with the number of pieces recorded on freight bill/delivery receipt. If pieces are damaged, please note these facts on the freight bill/delivery receipt. Failure to adequately describe damage or shortage may result in refusal of your claim. Ancom will not accept return of merchandise damaged in transit. Claims for damage or shortage must be filed with the delivering carrier, by the party receiving shipment.

Hidden damage (discovered after delivery) must be reported to the delivering carrier immediately. Request for inspection by carrier must be made within 15 days of receipt (confirm request in writing).

Cancellation 
Special orders in progress cannot be cancelled without Ancom’s prior consent. Terms of cancellation are based on all costs and expenses incurred in connection with the order.

 RETURN POLICY

  • No merchandise may be returned without Ancom’s consent.
  • No merchandise will be accepted for credit after 30 days past the invoice date.
  • If merchandise is returned unopened and/or in acceptable condition, a credit will be issued less a restocking fee, minimum 25% on cabinetry.
  • All freight charges for returned items remain the responsibility of the dealer.
  • If Ancom makes an error in shipment we will arrange for pickup & reship the correct items ASAP, all at Ancom’s expense.

Warranty  The manufacturer warrants goods purchased hereunder to be free of defects in material and workmanship. This warranty shall not apply in the event goods are damaged as a result of misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, improper application, modification or repair by persons not authorized by Seller, or where goods are damaged during shipment. Length of warranty varies product by product. Ancom shall in no event be liable for special, consequential or incidental damages.
