require a custom size or paper other than those listed,
please call for a quotation.
• Red Wallet (Red Rope) paper and brown Tyvek® are our
standard gusset materials.
Colored paper and
colored Tyvek® gussets are available upon request.
• Because
of the many types and styles of filing products, we do not
attempt to list all of them.
If you have an item other than those illustrated
in this catalog, please send us your sample for quoting.
• THE
MINIMUM ORDER is one master carton of any item.
• DROP SHIPMENTS direct to your customer are available upon
request.
• All prices are FOB FACTORY shipped prepay & add unless
otherwise arranged.
• TERMS: Invoices are due NET 30 DAYS from date of invoice.
1-1/2% late charges will be assessed after 30
days.
• RETURN POLICY: DO NOT return any product without prior
authorization. Contact the customer service department with
your request for return merchandise. Provide the appropriate
invoice number along with an itemized list of product to be
returned. All returns must be freight prepaid and are
subject to a 25% restocking charge. Credit will not be
issued for product that is not in saleable condition.
•
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellation of an order after the order is
processed is subject to cancellation charges depending
upon our actual costs incurred at the time cancellation is
received. If production has not been started, a $25.00 fee
will be charged to cover administrative costs.
• A variation not exceeding +/- 10% shall be accepted as
fulfillment of a custom order unless otherwise specified
during the placement of the order.
• FREIGHT CLAIMS AND SHORTAGES are the responsibility of the
consignee.
• Prices are subject to change without notice and we reserve
the right to meet competition. In the event of
an increase or decrease in price, any order received prior
to the change will be invoiced at the price in effect at the
time the order was accepted.
• Sales
