Terms of Sale - Net 30 days U.S. Funds. Orders will not be shipped for accounts with balances exceeding                 45 days. New accounts and first time orders may be require to pay in advance.                               Pricing - Prices are subject to change without notice. Orders will be billed at current prices.                               Guarantee - If at any time your customer feels that they did not receive fair value from our products,                  we will stand behind you to resolve the problem and satisfy the customer.                               No Minmum Order -  You may order one pack of anything we stock. There is a $5 handling charge for all                 orders less than $50.00 net. Orders less than $100 net will require advance payment in full.                             Freight Charges - Shipping costs are are prepaid and added to your invoice, unless specified otherwise.                            Shipping - For speed and economy we ship via Fedex and UPS. We will make every attempt to follow                 any special instructions. Drop shipping is provided at no charge.                                 Lead Time - Stock products normally ship in 2 to 4 business days. Custom and special order lead times                 will vary and will be quoted with our proposal.                                      Returns - No product returns will be accepted without our prior authorization number. Call 866 886-4632                 with details of your shipment to obtain your RA number. All returns must be shipped prepaid. We are not                 responsibe for merchandise shipped to us without an RA number. Returns are subject to a 25% handling,                 inspection and repacking charge. Credit will not be issued if the merchandise is not in resaleable condition.                           Overs and Unders - On most custom orders you must allow for a quantity variation of 10%. You will be                invoiced for the quantity actually shipped.                                    Equivalent Products - On occasion, materials or components may be difficult to obtain. We reserve the                  right to substitute commercially acceptable equivalents without prior notice.
